In its 4th edition, the highly successful series of European Workshops on HPC Infrastructures will return to Lugano, Switzerland, on April 23/24, 2013. The aim of this series of workshops is to bring together specialists for HPC centre design and operation to discuss the latest trends and technologies for infrastructure of supercomputing centres. Given that the requirements for HPC centres differ significantly from traditional data centres this workshop provides a unique forum to exchange with other sites that have similar requirements and challenges. It will be followed by an internal PRACE HPC infrastructure session on Apr 25, 2013.
This years event will focus on a number of interesting updates from various HPC sites around Europe and beyond, Energy Efficient Computing, Infrastructure Technologies as well as some considerations about future developments in HPC.
The Lugano workshop will take place at the Hotel Cadro Panoramica, situated above Lugano and at a short drive from the new CSCS site.
Registration deadline: 15th March 2013
